The Prada Shop ION Orchard in Singapore has been awarded “Project of the Year – Special Structures” at the SFE Façade 2025 Design and Engineering Awards last night in London. The jury called it “𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘹 𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦” and applauded how “𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵-𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦.” From engineering to final installation – our team brought this vision to life in just nine months. 𝗪𝗼𝘄 – 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗵𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗺? 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀! We’re proud to see the renovated and expanded Hopkins Center for the Arts at Dartmouth officially open! The new Recital Hall features a 9 m high glass façade #madebyseele that is anything but rigid. Its copper-toned mullions flow in sweeping, dynamic curves – creating a sense of movement. A 200 sqm sheet metal façade, shaped from 52 3D-formed aluminium sheets, completes the ensemble. What a fantastic project!
