During your apprenticeship, you will learn all the fundamentals of professional cooking – from preparing ingredients and using a variety of cooking techniques to presenting dishes attractively. Our staff restaurant is open from Monday to Friday, so you benefit from regular working hours and free weekends.

Whether it’s a tasty snack or seasonal dishes, we focus on fresh, regional ingredients. All meals are prepared in-house – with high standards, quality and attention to detail. Together with an experienced team, you will prepare healthy and varied meals for your colleagues every day.

You will gain hands-on experience, gradually take on more responsibility and continuously develop your practical skills. Our goal is to welcome you as a long-term member of our team after successfully completing your apprenticeship.
