seele’s performance in focus

seele plays the leading role in a video by deutsche bahn about logistics

In the film, construction manager Martin Hillebrand explains how 32,000 individual parts come together to create a light eye and how the team on site optimises the limited storage space.

Stuttgart 21 poses a logistical challenge: The 27 light eyes are distributed across a construction site the size of 5 football fields, with each skylight at a different stage of construction, and there is hardly any storage space available within the enclosures.

seele masters this challenge thanks to a sophisticated logistics concept using RFID technology and just-in-time delivery. See for yourself! Further details about the project can be found here.
