A total of 710sqm printed 2-layer ETFE film cushions provide weather protection. In summer the UV resistant ETFE film provides the required sun protection at maximum daylight and in winter the films compensate for the wind and snow loads by enclosing the air volume. The roof also provides a spectacular eye-catcher thanks to the integrated lighting: During the day, for example, the canopy can be illuminated in warm, reddish tones, or in the evening after dusk it can adapt to the dark blue tones of the night.
