On the first day of your apprenticeship, you and all the other apprentices will get to know the company and your mentor (f/m/d), who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

In addition to covering the costs of school and study materials, we also support you in preparing for the intermediate and final exams.

At the Gersthofen site, you can enjoy your lunch break in our company restaurant. At the Schörfling site, we support you with a lunch allowance that you can use in many ways.
