The aim of an apprenticeship at seele is to offer you a permanent position after you have successfully completed your training.

Provided that both you and seele are happy with how the apprenticeship has gone and the necessary conditions are met, you will have a very good chance of being offered a permanent job.

After your apprenticeship, you can begin working in your chosen profession, develop your skills and, depending on your area of work, complete additional qualifications or further training.

After completing your apprenticeship, you will have good opportunities to continue working at seele. You can start working directly in your chosen profession, develop your career or specialise in a particular area.

Depending on your interests and apprenticeship, you may also be able to complete additional qualifications, a second apprenticeship, further training or a dual-study programme.

Confirmation

Job interview

Our HR team will then carefully review your application. If everything is a good fit, we will invite you to an interview so that we can get to know each other better. The interview is usually conducted by your future trainer or apprenticeship supervisor. The interview is not only an opportunity for us to learn more about you – it is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about the apprenticeship, your future role or seele as a company.

Apprenticeship contract

If, after the interview, you can see yourself starting your apprenticeship with us and we believe you would be a great addition to our team, we will arrange a further meeting to sign your apprenticeship contract. If you are under 18, your parents or legal guardians are also welcome to attend.
