As an Industrial Management Assistant, you will work in various commercial departments throughout the company. During your apprenticeship at seele in Gersthofen, you will gain experience in departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, Accounting, and Quality Management.

Your typical tasks include comparing supplier quotations, communicating with suppliers and business partners, supporting marketing activities, assisting in Human Resources, checking invoices, and analysing business performance indicators. You will also work with ERP systems and other digital tools while gaining insights into the planning and optimisation of business processes.

After a shared lunch, you will be welcomed by your mentor, who will support you during your first weeks and help you settle in quickly. You will then get to know the team you will be working with during your first year of training.

Depending on the year of apprenticeship, vocational school classes take place once or twice a week in Augsburg.

Apprenticeship remuneration depends on the year of training. In the first year, the monthly salary is €1,100 gross and increases in subsequent years.
