• Strategic and operational management of the branch
• Responsibility for project acquisition and execution
• Attend and lead project meetings with clients and architects
• Managing company related financial matters (e. g. invoices, project budgets, expenses etc.)
• Regular reporting to the mother company (e. g. update on business and project processes, budgets, daily business etc.)
• Acquisition of new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships

Your profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in building construction, ideally in the facade, glass or metal industry
• Extensive knowledge in project management and sales
• Willing to travel frequently in China and Asia / Pacific
• Native German Speaker, Proficiency in spoken and written English, ideally also Mandarin or Cantonese
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
