We have experience!

We have been offering sound training for 40 years. This is one of the reasons why our trainees consistently achieve outstanding results.

Perfect start

On the first day of your apprenticeship, you and all the other apprentices will get to know the company and your mentor (f/m/d), who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

State-of-the-art workplaces

Both in production and in the office, you can expect the most modern workplaces with the latest technical equipment.

Best support

In addition to covering the costs of school and study materials, we also support you in preparing for the intermediate and final exams.

Have a break

During your lunch break, you can visit our company restaurant at the Gersthofen site. At the Schörfling site, we support you with an allowance for lunch, which you can use in many ways.

With a wide range of further training opportunities and our internal training program, you will always be up to date, not only during your training but also afterwards.

And after the training?

In addition to the development of your talents and a well-founded education, the goal of your training at seele is to be offered a permanent employment contract. If you are interested, we also offer second apprenticeships, further training or a subsequent dual study program.
