• On-time and on-budget execution of high profile metal & glass projects
• Day-to-day organization & operations of building construction sites
• Schedule site activities in logical steps & time required to meet deadlines & budget
• Review and adaptation of installation concepts
• Deliver consistent & high quality work
• Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk

Your profile

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Minimum of five years metals & glass structure construction experience
• Ability to manage construction sites in a hands-on fashion
• A positive attitude and willingness to equip and encourage co-workers
• Ability to critically look at craftsmanship
• Bilingual English/German a plus
• Authorized to legally work in Canada
