Your tasks

• Full responsibility for the successful implementation of technically and aesthetically demanding construction projects in our markets, according to seele’s work-procedures and manuals
• Development of project strategies, as well as contractual and organizational management
• Working closely with the assigned technical team and all supporting departments
• Management and coordination with customer representatives, architects, subcontractors and other 3rd parties involved into the project execution
• Ongoing project monitoring and commercial and technical project controlling, as well as data maintenance

Your profile

• Minimum degree in a construction related field, preferable in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Priority will be given to candidates with a certification in Construction Productivity conducted by BCA Academy
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in the construction industry, preferable in glass, steel and/or façade industry
• Proven track record of working in regional projects, international experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS office including MS Project
• Very good English language skills and willing to travel internationally
• You are a responsible and committed Project Manager with excellent communication skills and a high sense of quality and detail, working well-structured and target-oriented, who enjoys working in a team
• Singaporean or Singapore PR only
