11/21/2022 Brass, an alloy of the metals copper and zinc, among others, is enjoying another revival in recent years due to its use by a growing number of architects, especially in North America and the UK.

In current architectural designs, brass is used in many places. Although the mechanical processing of the material is quite difficult, it convinces above all with its shiny golden appearance, which adds that certain something to many façades. In combination with various manufacturing processes, joining techniques and surface finishing, a wide range of design options are possible. In our production, a total of 140t of brass panels with a thickness of 15mm and a length of up to 8.5m are currently machined. By using the latest production methods together with our material know-how, we contribute to the use of this high-quality material in architecture.
