For the second year in a row, seele was awarded the title of best training company by the Augsburg Metals Guild. In addition, the trainee Frederik von Dohlen completed his training as a metalworker specialised in construction technology with distinction. He has passed the guild's best result in the district of Swabia.
Trainees and graduates regularly complete their training at seele with distinction. This was already the fourth award in the metalworker profession. “Investing in training and dual study programs is the appropriate way for us to counter the shortage of skilled workers. We count on our young talents“, says trainer Andreas Hurler.
For the façade specialist, it is more important than ever to count on qualified employees in its own production. With the major contract Stuttgart 21, production is running at full capacity and is breaking new ground in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. This is another reason why training at seele is unique and a good start to a successful career.
