The top floor received corporate hospitality suites and a balcony around the whole lap of the building, which allows spectacular views over the outside courts. Glass balustrades made by seele secure the balcony and a timber imitation dresses the façade in this area. Sliding doors form the entrances to the 15 suites. This special area was visualized in advance by means of a mock-up, which was presented to The All England Lawn Tennis Club during a visit.
An assembly break was necessary to allow for the No.1 Court to be prepared for The Championships in July 2018. The construction site had to be cleared from April, works were continued in August 2018.
