The STREAM tower is to be built as a new modern office building on Berlin's Mediaspree. With the direct neighbor, the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the planned 24-storey building is in a prominent location and will provide space for offices, conference and fitness areas, restaurants and an underground parking garage.

seele was commissioned with the realisation of the 13,000sqm building envelope. The first 22 floors, excluding the lobby, will be clad with a unitised façade with elements measuring 2.7 x 3.5m. Each of them consists of a large transparent section and an opaque, openable leaf. The elements are connected to each other by means of a plug-in system. The corresponding transition points of the plugged elements are covered with a dot-printed glass panel spanning the entire width. The same printing is also provided on the openable leaves of each element.
