Above and below, the elements are equipped with completely closed spandrel areas to create a visually uniform surface in the ceiling areas. On the east side, where the façade is not directly facing the street, an aluminium cladding was realised, while on the south side the building is directly connected to the Trump Tower.
On the 8th and 9th floor, there is a balcony with a stick system façade of aluminium profiles and glass panes up to 3.50 x 2.13m in size. Furthermore, various door systems are integrated into the façade.
