Highest precision in steel construction

02/28/2020 Current challenge at seele: Processing free-form sheets with a thickness of up to 70mm, as well as some components with sheet thicknesses of 400mm. For the complex construction with difficult geometry and due to the high static load of the structure, high-strength steel (S460) is used.

At the seele location in Pilsen this means the highest precision for the employees. For example, after welding, slow cooling must take place, as otherwise cracks may appear.
