New trainees at seele

After getting to know each other for the first time, the trainees received all the important information about their training and the work at the façade specialist. In Gersthofen, they also visited the different manufacturing facilities as well as the test area. In addition, a joint photo shoot took place.

seele offers apprenticeships in 8 different professions and 4 dual study programs since over 35 years. From craft and commercial professions to IT and technology, all training occupations are represented at seele and the variety is growing: This year, seele welcomes a trainee as a digitalisation management assistant for the first time. Right from the beginning, everyone is part of a team and works on real projects.
