Opening of the Gateway Arch Museum
seele implemented the steel-glass construction for the entrance to the visitor center of the world-famous Gateway Arch. The new inviting entrance area consists of a 5.5m high glass façade with curved glass panes and a glass roof that ensures light transmission. The façade panes, each weighing 460kg, are movably mounted on the connection to the glass roof. The interior of the building offers a spectacular view of the square in front of the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial and the skyline of St. Louis.
